What is the Service Fee?

A non-refundable service fee is charged at the time of reserving an item or service on Rentalic.com. This is a flat fee of $ 0.99 regardless of the value of the rental. This is the only fee that Rentalic charges and it is charged from the borrower at the time of the item reservation. The rental fee, any deposit, any late charges, etc. are directly payable to the owner and Rentalic does not charge any of that at the time of the reservation.

The service fee supports, but not limited to the following features,

* Reserve an item/ service from an Owner.
* Item scheduling system
* All the site features built for making your life easier and the transactions secure

Borrowers

The service fee is charged from the borrowers. If the reservation is cancelled due to no fault of the borrower, Rentalic Inc. will fully refund the service fee to the borrower.

Owners

Owners are not responsible for a service fee. However if a cancellation is initiated by the owner, Rentalic Inc. will subject the owner to a penalty, equivalent to the service fee ($0.99)
